​Are you looking for a different way to yoga?

​We offer live, online yoga classes for everybody, for every body.
 

  • Feel weird going to a studio? Not here! Do yoga in the comfort of your own home, with or without your camera on.

  • Not sure how do poses? No worries, I offer a free "how to yoga" class to take the fear out of doing a pose "wrong".

  • Don't want to stand on your head and bend yourself into an impossible pretzel? That doesn't happen here. We do attainable poses that everyone can do, including using props to help you get into the pose correctly.

  • Got a hectic schedule? All good! Join when you can. There is no subscription necessary. Pay for the full session or per class. We want you calm and cool, not worried about time and money.

I am Alana, owner of Calm Breath Yoga. If you are looking for a safe place to move toward wellness, look no further.

 

I’m a passionate yoga teacher with over 20 years of practice, offering live online yoga classes through my business, Calm Breath Yoga. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience, and I aim to create a welcoming space for healing and growth. In addition to yoga, I provide Reiki sessions, sound bowl healing, and guided meditations to support holistic wellness. Deeply connected to the rhythms of nature, I celebrate the solstices and equinoxes, using my intuition to guide my practice and daily life. My journey is one of continuous learning, as I explore new ways to heal myself and others.
