Summer Solstice 108 Sun Salutations

Bring a yoga mat, blocks, and a bottle of water, and join us in a joyful celebration as we welcome the sun on the longest day of the year during the summer solstice with an invigorating practice of 108 sun salutations. This event is not only a physical workout but also a spiritual and community gathering that honors the sun's energy and the vibrant life it brings to our planet. Each sun salutation serves as a tribute to the sun, promoting mindfulness, gratitude, and connection to nature.

We will structure the session into 3 manageable phases, allowing for breaks in between each segment to rest, hydrate, and reflect.
