How to:
Start in downward facing dog pose (Adho Mukha Svanasana) pose.
Exhale, step your right foot in between your hands.
Drop your left knee and foot to the floor and squeeze your left thigh muscle.
Inhale, arms come up to the sky, reaching from your shoulder joint, palms facing each other. Torso comes up.
Exhale, bend right knee over right ankle at a 90-degree angle, bringing thigh parallel to the floor.
Hold the pose for 3 - 5 breaths.
Exhale, step right foot back to meet left foot and push up to downward facing dog pose.
Repeat on the left side.
